Open Space Stewardship

The City of Colorado Springs is seeking proposals from outdoor stewardship businesses or non-profit groups to plan, manage, and implement open space stewardship projects and programs at various open space properties. The selected contractor will assist the City in fulfilling the mission and stewardship objectives of the Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department and the TOPS Program, and support compliance with conservation easement requirements on TOPS properties. The contractor will be expected to provide 600 to 800 community volunteer hours a year and collaborate with Friends Groups recognized by Colorado Springs Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services.
