Description
The Air Force is seeking a small‑business vendor to provide a set of off‑road utility vehicles (UTVs) and associated accessories for Joint Base Elmendorf‑Richardson, Alaska. Four Polaris Xpedition‑Adv 5 NorthStar 49 UTVs, one Can‑Am Defender 6×6 Limited HD10, and two Can‑Am Defender Max XT CAB HD 11 units (or equal‑rated models) must be delivered FOB destination with full installation of required accessories, title, licensing, and registration. The procurement is a firm‑fixed‑price, small‑business‑only set‑aside with a final offer due on 8 September 2026, and offers must remain valid through 30 September 2026. The requirement is unfunded and will be awarded only if appropriations become available.

• Full suite of accessories (turn‑signal kits, LED light bars, winches, rock sliders, bumpers, storage boxes, etc.) and all associated fees (title, license, registration, documentation) included in the quote.
