The U.S. Embassy in Singapore seeks a qualified engineering firm to perform a full structural inspection, analysis, and design of the roof trusses and attic space of an embassy‑owned residence. The scope includes a field condition survey, timber and termite assessment, load‑capacity analysis, retrofit and lift‑beam design, and a detailed cost estimate, all to be delivered within a 30‑day performance period.
• Conduct on‑site structural condition survey and create as‑built framing plans.
• Perform structural analysis for existing and anticipated loads, including design of a lift‑beam system for equipment handling.
• Provide retrofit designs, ROM construction cost estimate, and comprehensive reports with drawings in both PDF and native formats.
