Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide a comprehensive suite of environmental consulting services for the Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) in Arkansas. Services include ecological surveys, surface‑water, sediment and fish‑tissue sampling, toxicity testing, groundwater assessments, GIS database maintenance, storm‑water compliance, regulatory assistance (SPCC, RCRA, CAA, CWA), restoration support, domestic well removal, and travel reimbursement. The contract is structured as a base year with four optional one‑year extensions and a possible six‑month extension, allowing the contractor to deliver annual and periodic technical reports, laboratory analyses, and regulatory documentation.
