Description
The Plymouth-Canton Community Schools is seeking bids for the remodel of Discovery Middle School. The project includes various bid divisions such as earthwork, selective demolition, masonry, roofing, and more. Bidding documents will be available for public inspection at the main office of the Construction Manager, McCarthy & Smith, Inc. A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 20th, 2026, to review the project bidding documents and answer any questions bidders may have.
• The project consists of separate sealed bids for different bid divisions.
• The bid security shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier check, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid.
• The successful bidder may be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.
• The school district reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
