Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide a rotor and shaft complete assembly. The assembly must be new and meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award. The Government will evaluate offers based on technical capability, price, and other factors.
