Description
The Department of Transportation is seeking bids for the provision of asphalt materials for the 2026 Indiana County Asphalt project. The project requires the delivery of asphalt to the paver and source pickup by department forces. The contractor must certify that they are in compliance with Pennsylvania's Unemployment Compensation Law, Workers' Compensation Law, and all applicable Pennsylvania state labor and workforce safety laws. The project duration is 6 months. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing asphalt materials that meet the specified requirements
• Delivering asphalt to the paver
• Picking up asphalt from the source
