J065--Pre-Solicitation/Sources Sought Notice – Stryker Bed Cords reconfiguration

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors on their ability to configure 120 Stryker medical-surgical beds to integrate with the nurse call light system at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. The contractor shall perform OEM-certified reconfiguration, install or adjust proprietary firmware and communication modules, verify correct operation, and provide documentation and training. The work must be performed within 90 business days without disrupting patient care. • The contractor must possess the capability to provide all requirements and objectives. • The contractor must be an authorized distributor/seller for the beds listed in the draft SOW. • The contractor must provide evidence/authorization/agreement from OEM. • The contractor must include in their capability statement a list of active contracts for commercial, federal, state, and local governments.
