Description
The Marshall Public Schools is seeking bids for the resurfacing of the Middle School gym floor. The scope of work includes sanding the entire floor to bare wood, applying two coats of oil-based sealer, painting game lines, staining 3-point arcs, center logo, and baseline lettering, and applying two coats of gym finish. The project is expected to be completed between June 3, 2026, and August 18, 2026. The bidder must submit a detailed mockup drawing showing the final appearance of the work. The bid must include warranty information, insurance, and liability information.
• The project requires approximately 15,500 square feet of work
• The bidder must furnish and apply all materials and equipment required for the project
• The bidder must coordinate with the school district to complete the project
• The bidder must submit a copy of their company W-9 if this is the first time doing business with Marshall Public Schools
