Description
The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNS) is seeking sources capable of manufacturing ventilation ducting in accordance with the specifications. The contract is for a five-year IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) with a Period of Performance (POP) of one year and four option years. The minimum and maximum quantities for each item are specified in the solicitation. The Government intends to make an award without discussions, but a Reverse Auction may be required. The evaluation factors for award include the lowest price technically acceptable.
