Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

Based on typical municipal sewer‑line repair costs in Arizona—approximately $4,000‑$8,000 per linear foot for 8‑inch pipe replacement, plus $30,000‑$50,000 for manhole core/cut, lining, and pavement restoration, and additional overhead/insurance/bond costs—the total contract value is likely in the $150,000 to $300,000 range. The lower end assumes minimal unforeseen conditions; the higher end accounts for potential soil remediation, traffic control, and higher material grades.
