Description
The opportunity is for the repair and modification of ANTENNA EFA. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary parts and materials, unless specified as Government Furnished Material. The contractor must also establish and maintain a quality control system, prepare and maintain quality control documentation, and maintain a calibration system. The contractor must also provide a proper enclosed warehouse environment for both material items awaiting repair and assets which have been repaired and are awaiting shipment.
Some key points to note are:
* The contractor must comply with all applicable requirements of ISO 9001/ SAE AS9100.
* The contractor must maintain a configuration management plan in accordance with the provisions of NAVSUP WSS configuration management clause NAVICPIA18.
* The contractor must ensure that all parts and material used in performance of this contract are in accordance with the latest approved revision of applicable drawings and specifications.
* The contractor must provide a throughput constraint for each NSN(s) and total assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery commences.
* The contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the RTATs established in the subsequent contract.
