Fabrication of acrylic tank hardware for HLS GTA slosh test.

NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center requires a vendor to fabricate a set of acrylic test tank components (four barrels and four domes) for a slosh test program. The work includes cutting, gluing, milling, deburring, polishing, inspection, cleaning, and heat‑setting inserts, as well as adding lift/handling hardware per supplied CAD models. All parts must be clear, polished on both sides, and shipped to MSFC. The solicitation is limited to capability statements; no formal quote will be evaluated. • Fabricate 8 acrylic tank parts (4 barrels, 4 domes) to exact CAD specifications. • Perform surface finishing (polish interior/exterior) and install lift hardware. • Follow standard inspection/tolerance verification procedures. • Deliver packed units to NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, AL. • Provide a capability statement demonstrating experience with precision acrylic fabrication and related processes.
