Description
The US Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal is seeking a firm fixed price purchase order for the supply of a Power Unit, Diesel (NSN: 2815-01-608-0229). The requirement includes 11 units with an option for up to 100% more. The unit of issue is each, and the surveillance criticality designator is B. The contractor must provide military preservation, packing, and marking in accordance with Section D and MIL-STD-2073-1. The shipments will be free on board (FOB) destination to the specified address.
• The Power Unit, Diesel must meet the specified NSN and part number requirements.
• The contractor must acknowledge all amendments to the RFQ.
• The offeror must be granted Technical Data Package (TDP) access prior to submitting an offer.
• The contractor must provide a signed copy of their offer by the specified date and time.
• The offeror must comply with all applicable clauses and provisions, including the updated clause RFO FAR 52.244-6.
