Description
The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a vendor to provide 25,000 #10 window envelopes with specific printing and construction requirements. The envelopes must be printed with a Pantone 281 blue ink and have a die-cut window. The vendor must also provide a W-9 form before payment. The contract terms and conditions are outlined in the GPO Contract Terms (GPO Pub. 310.2, effective December 20, 1987 (Rev. 1-18)). The key requirements of the job include:
* Printing: prints face only in Pantone 281 blue, consisting of 6 lines of type, one rule and a fine detailed departmental logo
* Construction: open side, diagonal seams, with a fully gummed flap

* Quality Level: 3 Quality Assurance Through Attributes (GPO PUB 310.1, effective May 1979 (Rev. 9-19))
* Delivery: deliver complete (to arrive at destination) by 03/02/2026
* Payment: submitting invoices for payment via the GPO fax gateway or mailing to U.S. Government Publishing Office, Office of Financial Management, Attn: Comptroller, Stop: FMCE, Washington, DC 20401
