Description
The United States Navy is soliciting bids for the procurement of fork truck batteries for the USNS WILLIAM MCLEAN. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. The contractor shall provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. The contractor shall deliver the batteries to the specified location in Norfolk, VA. The delivery schedule is as follows: 4 each of Stock No. 0000TMHE00406, 12 each of Stock No. 0000TMHE00405, and 2 each of Stock No. 0000TMHE00407, all due on or before 27 Jul 2026.
• The contractor shall comply with the requirements of DFARS 252.211-7003, Item Identification and Valuation.
• The contractor shall provide the batteries in accordance with the specifications and requirements stated in the solicitation.
• The contractor shall deliver the batteries to the specified location in Norfolk, VA.
• The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
