The Santa Rosa County Library System is seeking proposals from qualified bidders to provide Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) and Wide Area Network (WAN) Transport services to County Library facilities. The proposed services should be delivered through a symmetrical and 100% fiber optic connection, with a minimum of 1 Gbps download and 1 Gbps upload speeds for DIA, and 500 Mbps download and 500 Mbps upload speeds for WAN Transport. The contract will be for a period of up to 36 months, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional years. The library prefers a fully managed leased Lit Fiber service connecting all specified locations. • The library has a total of 5 locations that require DIA and WAN Transport services. • The proposed services should be highly scalable to accommodate upgrades when necessary, without delay. • The library requires WAN unit pricing in 100 Mbps increments. • The proposed services should meet the technical requirements and requested preferred minimum speeds. • The price of the eligible services will be the primary factor in evaluating the bids.
