Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking quotations for the supply of socket flat head cap screws. The screws must meet specific requirements, including being made of NICUAL, QQ-N-286G, annealed and age hardened, and having a specific thread size and length. The contractor must provide a certificate of compliance and certification/data report. The evaluation criteria will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The contractor must also comply with various clauses and provisions, including those related to security, export control, and safeguarding of covered defense information.
• The contract will be for a 100% small business set-aside.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.
• The contractor must comply with the Buy American Act and the Balance of Payments Program.
• The contractor must provide a disclosure if it is not able to represent compliance with the prohibitions on covered defense telecommunications equipment or services.
