The Defense Logistics Agency‑Aberdeen, on behalf of the Army Integrated Logistics Supply Center, is conducting a market survey to identify capable sources for load bank equipment (NSN 6150‑01‑455‑4207 and 6150‑01‑486‑6937) used in preventive maintenance of the Patriot Missile Defense System’s Electric Power Plant (EPP III). This is a Sources Sought Announcement (SSA) – not a solicitation for award – intended solely for planning and market research. Respondents must submit capability documentation (questionnaire, drawings, test results, past performance, data rights, etc.) by the stated deadline.
