STERNDRIVE

The United States Coast Guard intends to award a sole source contract for the purchase of twenty Mercruiser Bravo-1 XRHD Sterndrives and five Mercruiser Magnum Transom Assemblies. The purchase is in support of the currently installed parts on the 32’ TPSB. The technical data for the Sterndrive and Magnum Transom Assembly is required to make an accurate assessment of equal or alternate equipment meeting the Coast Guard’s performance, fit, form, and function requirements for this procurement. • The contract is for a specific brand and model of Sterndrive and Transom Assembly. • The purchase is intended to support the currently installed parts on the 32’ TPSB. • The technical data for the Sterndrive and Magnum Transom Assembly is required for an accurate assessment of equal or alternate equipment. • The contract will be awarded to Hidden Harbor Marina, as they are the suggested source.
