Diesel Powered Road Broom

The County of Steuben is seeking bids for the purchase of a diesel powered road broom. The bid documents are available on the Steuben County website and at the Purchasing Department. Bids must be submitted on the forms provided and must be received by the Purchasing Department by November 20, 2025, at 1:30 PM. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. • The bid documents include specifications for the diesel powered road broom, including requirements for performance, compatibility, and adaptability. • Bidders must provide a signed and dated Non-Collusive Bidding Certificate and a Hold Harmless Clause form with their bid. • The County requires bidders to have sufficient inventory, equipment, and staff to fulfill their responsibilities. • The bid award will be made to the lowest total bid, inclusive of all line items and labor. • The County reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time during the contract period without penalty.
