Description
The University of Oklahoma is seeking a supplier to provide concrete services, including demolition, installation, repair, and finishing across University properties. The selected supplier will be required to comply with ADA, OSHA, and University safety standards. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for up to five additional years. The supplier will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to perform the work. Key responsibilities will include conducting site reviews, providing written summaries of findings and recommendations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. The supplier will also be required to respond to University employees' general inquiries within two business days and to urgent requests within 24 hours.
