Description
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm to provide demolition and removal services for right of way property management. The work consists of demolishing and removing structures, improvements, and other encumbrances in the right of way and/or easement areas. The contractor must be pre-qualified in the Right of Way Property Management service class and must provide a bid price for each parcel. The contract will be for a period of 30 days, and the contractor must begin work as soon as possible after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
