The Cherokee Nation Housing Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver turn‑key construction of eleven single‑family homes (3‑ and 4‑bedroom units) across seven Oklahoma counties within the Cherokee Nation Reservation. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, insurance, and supervision, complete each home within 120 working days, and comply with Davis‑Bacon wage rates, Indian‑preference requirements, and a $1,000 per day late‑completion penalty.
