The City of Alexandria is seeking new, mineral‑oil‑filled, single‑phase pad‑mount transformers (25 kVA‑167 kVA) to stock its electric distribution department. The solicitation requires full compliance with ANSI/IEEE/NEMA standards, internal fault detectors, specific coating, and extensive testing documentation. Delivery must be FOB destination within 12‑20 weeks after award, and all prices must be firm with no escalation.
