Rowan University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a comprehensive inventory of HVAC air‑filter products (pleated, poly‑ring, carbon, bag, and specialty media) for multiple campuses and facilities in New Jersey. The contract covers a 12‑month base period (July 1 2026 – June 30 2027) with the option for up to two one‑year extensions, and includes all‑inclusive per‑unit pricing, delivery, and required documentation. The award will be made to the “most advantageous” proposer based on a weighted evaluation of organizational capability, experience, references, and pricing.
• Scope: Provide pre‑filters and final filters (MERV 8‑14) in specified sizes, plus ongoing service‑related labor, travel, insurance, overhead, and profit.
• Deliverables: Complete filter inventory for AHUs, RTUs, fume hoods, boiler units, and other HVAC equipment across five campus locations; full‑case shipments; warranty and certification documentation.
• Requirements: Vendor must be an authorized reseller/distributor, able to conduct site surveys, comply with New Jersey procurement statutes, maintain extensive insurance coverage, and submit all mandatory procurement forms (non‑collusion affidavit, registration certificates, etc.).
