SP8000-DLA RFI - Bis(2,2-dinitropropyl)acetal/formal (BDNPA/F)

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Strategic Materials Directorate is seeking information for the potential acquisition of Bis(2,2-dinitropropyl)acetal/formal (BDNPA/F) consistent with MIL-DTL-32744 for addition into the National Defense Stockpile. The agency is looking for vendors with experience and capabilities to provide BDNPA/F, and is requesting information on the vendors' production facilities, supply chain, pricing, and delivery capabilities. The vendors should provide a capability statement that includes information on their company, experience, and capabilities. * The scope of work includes the production and delivery of BDNPA/F. * The vendors should have experience in producing BDNPA/F consistent with MIL-DTL-32744. * The vendors should provide information on their production facilities, supply chain, and pricing. * The vendors should also provide information on their delivery capabilities, including their typical time from order to delivery and their delivery capacity per year.
