Poland PATRIOT Unclassified Spares- Sole Source to Raytheon

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a sole source proposal from Raytheon for the replenishment spares for the Radar Set (RS), Launcher Station (LS), and Reconfigurable Table Top Trainer (RT3) in support of the PATRIOT Weapon System for Poland. The proposal should include firm-fixed-pricing, a summary schedule, and fully supportable cost data. The contractor shall provide all necessary documentation, including cost/price proposals, subcontractor information, and indirect expense rates. • The proposal should be submitted in writing and directly to the identified contact's email address. • The contractor shall not contact any other government personnel other than the identified contacts. • The proposal shall remain valid for a minimum of 180 days from receipt by the government. • The contractor shall provide a detailed cost breakdown, including labor categories, labor hours, material and equipment cost, and total cost. • The contractor shall identify and address any actual or potential Organizational Conflicts of Interests (OCIs).
