Description
The West Roxbury VAMC is seeking to purchase a Pro Audio Intercom System brand name or equal to. The system should include a Pro Audio System and installation. The delivery shall be provided no later than 60 days after receipt of order. The evaluation factors include Technical or Quality, Past Performance, Veterans Involvement, and Price.
• The Pro Audio System should meet the Government's requirements as outlined in the solicitation.
• The installation should be completed within the specified timeframe.
• The quotation should include all necessary information, including the solicitation number, name, address, and telephone number of the Quoter, and a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the solicitation.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions, if necessary, and may reject any or all quotes if such action is in the public interest.
