HHS & WBHS Track Reconstruction

The Blount County TN Government, on behalf of the Board of Education, is seeking bids for High School Track reconstruction services for Heritage and William Blount High Schools. The scope of work includes dismantling and disposal of the track, base, and asphalt/concrete, track surface installation, bleachers, lights, and fencing. Bidders must allow ample time to submit their response, and no information may be submitted or modified beyond the Response Deadline Date/Time. • The bid documents may be obtained at https://blounttn.ionwave.net/login.aspx. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, at 9:00am. • All vendor questions regarding this RFP are due in the Online Bidding System's Questions tab by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, April 14, 2026. • Proposals must be submitted in the manner described in T.C.A. § 62-6-119 and are due at 1:30 PM, Thursday, April 30, 2026. • The successful contractor must not be delinquent on their business tax or license. • The contractor must have a current Tennessee Contractor’s License and provide evidence of a license in the appropriate classification before their proposal can be considered.
