Summit Pl (PW25-0008) & Robin Rd (PW24-0017) - RE-BID

The City of Cedar Hill is seeking bids for the reconstruction of Summit Place and Robin Road. The project includes furnishing all necessary materials, machinery, equipment, project supervision, and performing all work required for the construction of the project. The work includes the installation of 675 VF 30” Cased Piers, 125 CY Reinforced Concrete Beams, Soil Anchors, 515 CY gabions, 600 LF 8” PVC water line, 900 SY subgrade /Asphalt Pavement, 140 LF HP drainage Pipe, 350 SY concrete flume, and any other work deemed necessary by the City of Cedar Hill. • The project requires a pre-bid teleconference meeting on June 2, 2026, via Zoom Video Communications. • The deadline for questions is June 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM. • The bid submission deadline is June 17, 2026, at 2:30 PM EDT. • The project is expected to be completed within 140 working days. • The City of Cedar Hill reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
