Description
The City of Wildwood, Missouri, is soliciting a qualified CPA firm to perform the annual audit of its financial statements for FY 2026, with an option to extend the engagement through FY 2029. The auditor will issue an audit opinion, prepare the financial section of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), produce required audit reports, a management letter, and provide technical assistance on accounting, internal controls, and GASB standards. The firm must also support the City’s GFOA Certificate of Achievement program and present findings to the Mayor and City Council. Proposals are due by 12 PM CDT on 25 September 2026; questions must be submitted by 4 PM CDT on 18 September 2026. The City will provide access to financial records, workspace, and staff assistance. The contract includes insurance requirements and a standard consultant services agreement.
