NNMC - Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for Steris Equipment

The Indian Health Service (IHS) requires preventive maintenance and repair services for Steris equipment, including autoclaves, washer/disinfectors, and endoscope reprocessing equipment, at the Northern Navajo Medical Center (NNMC) in Shiprock, New Mexico. The contractor will provide comprehensive preventive maintenance and emergency repair services to ensure the equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in accordance with manufacturer specifications and infection control standards. The services will be performed by qualified, factory-trained, and certified technicians. • The contract will be for a base year and two option years. • The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, travel, and services necessary to perform the work. • The contractor will respond to service calls within 24 hours to minimize equipment downtime. • The contractor will provide a detailed report of all work performed, including any repairs or replacements made.
