The County of Gwinnett is soliciting competitive sealed bids for the design‑build improvement of the Cooper Road intersection with Moon Road and Hope Hollow Road. The scope includes earthwork, drainage, concrete, asphalt paving, curb & gutter, retaining walls, traffic‑signal and ATMS installation, sidewalk construction, striping, and water‑line installation over roughly 0.632 mi of right‑of‑way.
