Description
The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) is seeking a contractor to provide Aviator Breathing Oxygen (ABO) and Liquid Nitrogen (LNB) to various locations in the U.S. West Region. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the products to the specified locations, and the contract will be for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend for an additional 6 months. The contractor must ensure that the products meet the required specifications and standards, and must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical capability, past performance, and price.
• The contractor must provide a technical proposal that describes how they will ensure a reliable supply of on-spec product to meet the Government's requirements.
• The contractor must provide a quality control plan for review.
• The contractor must provide a small business subcontracting plan, if applicable.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to safety, environmental protection, and labor standards.
