MECHANICAL JOINT RESTRAINING DEVICES, PURCHASE & DELIVERY OF

The opportunity is for the purchase and delivery of mechanical joint restraining devices. The solicitation requires respondents to complete and correctly execute the required OSBD Schedules when responding to the solicitation and submitting payment requests after contract award. The Prime Contractor must complete Schedule 1, which includes company information, subcontractor information, and the dollar amount or percentage of work that the prime is responsible for completing. The Prime must also submit Schedule 2 or 2(a) for all subcontractors/subconsultants listed on Schedule 1, which includes detailed information about the work to be performed or materials supplied.
