The opportunity is for a sole source contract with 3M, the sole manufacturer and only known source of supply for certain items. The government intends to award a firm fixed price contract utilizing FAR 13 procedures. The contract is a follow-on to existing contracts SPE4AX-17-D-9407 and SPE4A6-18-D-0013.
