Description
The Department of the Navy is seeking a contractor to fabricate and deliver Box Patches and Plate Patch Sets for TAO-211 and TAO-212. The requirement includes manufacturing the items in accordance with attached NAVSEA drawings and delivering them to the destination. The contractor must comply with the Buy American Act and DFARS 225.1. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible Small Business offeror whose quote is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
• The contractor must fabricate Box Patches and Plate Patch Sets in accordance with NAVSEA drawings 804-5959236 and 804-5959239.
• The contractor must deliver the items to the destination, with packaging and marking requirements specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must comply with the Buy American Act and DFARS 225.1.
• The contractor must submit a completed Buy American certification (DFARS 252.225-7000).
