Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR parts 12 and 13. The solicitation is for polypropylene tape, and the Government intends to award one contract as a result of this RFQ. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The tape must meet the salient characteristics specified in the solicitation, and the contractor must be a registered Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with the Small Business Administration.
• The tape must be 3 inches wide and 1000 yards long, with a hot melt adhesive and a tensile strength of 22 pounds.
• The contractor must provide a total price for each year and the total price for all periods of performance.
• The contractor must include a completed copy of the FAR provision 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their quote.
• The contractor must provide information on their past performance record, including recent and relevant contracts.
