Description
The Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH) is seeking a contractor to provide fixed base operator support, including a hangar capable of housing three MH-47 Chinook helicopters, ground handling, fueling, ramp space, heating, towing, planning, lighting, crane, and aircraft tug services. The contractor must have the ability to provide all equipment and services as described in the requirement. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price, single source contract to OMNI Logistics, INC. However, interested parties who believe they can meet the government's complete requirement are encouraged to submit a detailed capability statement.
• The contractor must have a comprehensive inventory of specialized equipment.
• The contractor must have immediate services and logistical capabilities, including on-site heating, lighting, crane, fueling, towing, and planning services in an extreme arctic environment.
• The contractor must have a demonstrated physical presence and established support network within the immediate vicinity of the training areas.
