FMNT System Wide Glass Repair Contract

The Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) is seeking a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform glass repair services at WMATA facilities. The services include repairing or replacing damaged or broken glass, providing glazing services for new or replacement glass, replacing or installing associated materials, responding to routine and emergency service requests, and repairing, modifying, replacing, and installing various types of glass. The contractor will be required to coordinate all work with the designated WMATA Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) prior to commencement. The key requirements of the contract include: * Repairing or replacing damaged or broken glass at WMATA facilities * Providing glazing services for new or replacement glass, including installation of safety or security glass where required * Replacing or installing associated materials such as weather stripping, seals, gaskets, fasteners, and supporting frames or hardware * Responding to routine and emergency service requests as directed in issued task orders * Repairing, modifying, replacing, and installing tempered, laminated, wired, tinted, security, and bullet-resistant glass as required * Coordinating all work with the designated WMATA Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) prior to commencement
