Acknowledgment Window Envelopes, Permit G119 (FSIMB)

The US Government Publishing Office is seeking a contractor to provide Acknowledgment Window Envelopes, Permit G119 (FSIMB). The contractor will be required to produce a fixed quantity of envelopes with specific design and construction requirements. The envelopes must be designed for use on the Bell & Howell Forerunner 13 Series and must meet the specified quality levels and standards. The contractor will be required to submit samples for approval and must comply with the GPO Contract Terms. Some key requirements include: • The envelopes must have a trim size of 4 1/4" x 9 1/2" and must be in a rectangle shape. • The envelopes must have a security tint printed on the inside in blue or black ink. • The contractor must submit 500 printed envelopes for approval prior to production. • The contractor must comply with the GPO Contract Terms and must meet the specified quality levels and standards.
