ECP 6315C3 Navigation Warfare NAVWAR A-Kits for F/A-18E/F Aircraft

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is announcing its intention to negotiate and award a new Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for a quantity of 33 Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) A-Kits. The requirement is being pursued on a sole source basis, and the Government intends to award this effort to The Boeing Company. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement with sufficient detail that clearly demonstrates the capability to produce the required products. The documentation must address the type of work the company has performed in the past 3 years in support of same/similar requirement(s), Cage Code, UEI number, and DUNN's number. • The requirement is for 33 Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) A-Kits • The award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract • The planned delivery schedule is March 31, 2028 - July 31, 2029 • Responsible sources must submit a capability statement with sufficient detail • The documentation must include company information, such as Cage Code, UEI number, and DUNN's number
