Description
The Grand Rapids Public Schools is seeking bids for the interior and exterior remodel of the existing Ken-O-Sha elementary school. The project includes selective demolition, new MEP, new structural and all new interior finishes, as well as paving, landscaping, playgrounds, and utilities. Bidders must provide a bid bond, Iran Economic Sanction, School Safety Affidavit, and familial disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.1267.
• The project is expected to involve multiple trades, including selective demolition, masonry, carpentry, and electrical work.
• The bid documents, drawings, and specifications will be available on the Clark Construction Company website and at various locations in Michigan.
• A pre-bid conference will be held on January 13, 2026, at 1:00pm.
• Bids must be delivered by 10:30am on January 27, 2026.
