The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Norfolk Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with 3 Reasons Consulting to acquire the continuation of information management and technology support services. These services provide governance, strategic planning, and direction to facilitate the timely access, sharing, and protection of medical information for BUMED N6. The key aspects of this opportunity include:
• The current task order, which expires 21 March 2026, had a total level of effort (LOE) of 82,973.00 hours with a total ceiling value of $8,247,486.80.
• This extension will have a base period of performance of 2-months and one (1) week, from 22 March 2026 to 30 May 2026, and no option periods.
• The estimated LOE of this extension is 3,528 hours for a total value of $327,916.74.
• The contract must be issued on a sole source basis because, in light of the urgent timeframe, only one source can provide these interim services without unacceptable delays.
