Description
The Newton County Board of Commissioners is seeking separate sealed proposals for the design and installation of playground and exercise equipment for Fairview Park. The proposals must be submitted electronically through Bonfire's electronic submission portal. A mandatory bid meeting will be held on January 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The successful proposer will be required to provide a bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond. The proposer must also maintain comprehensive general liability insurance, commercial automobile liability insurance, and statutory worker's compensation insurance.
