Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division is seeking small‑business vendors to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for standard commercial special‑purpose clothing (PSC 8415). The BPAs will be awarded on the basis of past performance and will be issued in six‑month rotations through June 2029 (and later periods). Vendors must be registered in SAM and have an active PIEE account, and must submit a cover sheet, capability statement, price list (if applicable), and at least three past‑performance references. This is a small‑business set‑aside; offers must be below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold, and the government may award multiple calls under each BPA.
