This solicitation seeks a repair/refurbishment contractor for a Submarine Flight Critical Component (SFCC) identified as a Fly‑By‑Wire (FBW) subsystem. The work includes detailed inspection, determination of refurbishability, disassembly, repair or replacement of non‑usable parts, re‑assembly, certification, and full traceability documentation. The contractor must comply with extensive quality‑assurance, configuration‑control, electro‑static discharge, and mercury‑free requirements, and must hold a U.S. security clearance (CONFIDENTIAL or higher). The contract will be placed on an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BOA) and will be executed through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. • Perform 100 % inspection and traceability marking of each SFCC lot. • Provide repair estimates (estimated pricing or firm‑fixed‑price) and a separate “beyond repair” price. • Deliver certification packages, including material certification reports, quality‑system documentation, and compliance with NAVSEA and MIL standards.
