Description
The US Embassy in Madrid, Spain is seeking a contractor to renovate an accessible bathroom to meet ADA/ABA standards. The contractor must be bonded and possess all necessary permits and licenses to do business in Spain. A US-based prime contractor may use a qualified subcontractor that is an established permanent business in Spain to meet the local requirements. The performance period is expected to begin within 10 calendar days of receiving the Notice to Proceed and complete the work within 30-40 calendar days.
