Regency Parkway Reconstruction - St. Charles, MO

The City of St. Charles is seeking a contractor to rebuild Regency Parkway between Zumbehl Road and Veterans Memorial Parkway. The work includes complete demolition of the existing roadway, sidewalks, and curbs, followed by installation of new integral curbs, concrete pavement, upgraded storm‑water infrastructure, sidewalks, driveways, a mid‑block crossing with a Raised Reflective Warning Sign (RRFB), and street lighting throughout the corridor.
